Why I Use Supplements

My journey with supplements began unexpectedly during a continuing education course, when I was introduced to Taurine. Taurine is a naturally occurring amino acid–like compound found in the body that plays a role in nervous system regulation, hydration, and cellular function. It is often used to support focus, stress resilience, and overall brain health.

At that time, I was running on empty—mentally and physically. As someone with ADHD who could not tolerate prescription medications like Adderall or Vyvanse because they triggered debilitating migraines, I felt like I was constantly fighting to keep up while making little progress. When I took Taurine, my brain responded almost instantly. The racing, scattered thoughts calmed. My thinking felt clear and organized. For the first time in years, I could truly focus. It was such a dramatic shift that I knew I needed to learn more.

That experience led me to begin a personalized supplement program focused on identifying nutritional deficiencies and supporting them with targeted nutrients tailored to my individual needs. Unlike the general supplements I had occasionally tried in the past, this approach was specific, intentional, and designed for long-term results.

Since then, month by month, I’ve experienced real and lasting change:
