Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy that focuses on the fascia, a web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every structure in the body. When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to injury, stress, or poor posture, it can cause pain, tension, and limited movement.

Using progressive, sustained pressure and stretching techniques, Myofascial Release helps release restrictions and restore the natural elasticity of the fascia. This allows for better circulation, improved mobility, and decreased pain.
