Why I Use Supplements
My journey with supplements began unexpectedly—during a continuing education course, not in a clinic or a doctor’s office. While attending the Dynamic Fascial Stretching course through the Fascial Training Institute, led by Simone Fortier, I was introduced to something that would change everything: a Brain Health Assessment and a couple capsules of Taurine.
At that time, I was running on empty—mentally and physically. As someone with ADHD who cannot tolerate prescription medications like Adderall or Vyvanse (they caused debilitating migraines that took me out of work and life), I felt like I was constantly treading water, fighting to stay afloat while making little progress. When I took Taurine during the course, my brain responded almost instantly. The racing, scattered thoughts calmed. My thinking aligned. For the first time in years, I could actually focus. It was such a dramatic shift that I knew I had to learn more.
That experience led me to work directly with Simone Fortier, the founder of the Fascial Training Institute. I began a personalized supplementation program based on the results of the online Brain Health Assessment (which is now available on my own website). Unlike the general supplements I had occasionally tried in the past, this program targeted specific nutritional deficiencies—designed uniquely for my brain and body.
Since then, month by month, I’ve felt real and lasting change:

This transformation didn’t happen overnight—but it keeps getting better.
