Hi, I’m Bee.

I’m a Manual Osteopath in Calgary, and I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies, move with less restriction, and feel more comfortable and confident in their everyday lives.

My path to Manual Osteopathy began with my own experience with pain and feeling like my body wasn't functioning the way I wanted it to. Discovering Manual Osteopathic Therapy made a significant difference in how I moved and felt, and it completely changed the way I thought about healthcare.

I loved the idea that treatment could look beyond the place that hurts and consider how the body works as a whole. That experience inspired me to make Manual Osteopathy my career so I could offer that same kind of care to others.

I graduated with Honors from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC) and have more than 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. My background as a Physical Therapy Assistant, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor has given me a unique perspective on the relationship between the body, movement, and overall wellbeing.

A whole-body approach

I don't just treat the painful spot.

The body is connected, and sometimes the area that hurts isn't the area that needs the most attention. I look at the bigger picture—how you move, where restrictions may be present, how different areas of the body are interacting, and where your body may be compensating.

I use a variety of gentle, hands-on techniques to help improve mobility, reduce restrictions, and support your body's natural ability to function well.

Every person is different, so every treatment is different. I take the time to listen to what's going on, understand what your body is telling us, and create an approach that makes sense for you.

Why I do what I do

I believe you deserve to feel heard and understood—not rushed through an appointment or treated like a collection of symptoms. Whether you're looking to address something that's been bothering you, improve how your body moves, or simply take a more proactive approach to your health, my goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and more confident in taking care of it.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll probably find me moving—hiking, working out, or exploring new ways to support strength, mobility, and balance. I'm looking forward to meeting you and helping you feel more at home in your body.
